Cruelty call from Guntur

A few minutes ago we got a call from a person from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He said that there are some people in his area who are hitting stray dogs/puppies for no reason. Location of the incident is near NRI apartments, Mangalagiri, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He tried to contact some NGOs but couldn’t get any help. We, AFA, are trying to contact some NGOs and Govt. Authorities of Guntur District so that proper action can be taken against these culprits. We request everyone to share the post so that it reaches to the concerned Organizations and people who can take proper action against such cruelty.
